Hello everyone!! sorry for the radio silence. I've been packing and shipping out orders non-stop since Monday :). My goal is to ship out everyone's orders over the next 5 days, so if you haven't heard from me yet you will be hearing from me shortly. Thank you so much for filling out all your surveys so quickly! A few of you have been having troubles with the add-ons you purchased on Kickstarter transferring over to BackerKit and selecting the pin designs for your order so I've put together a mini video to walk you through this step.
The add-ons you've purchased will be shown as credits/as a purchased item already in your cart, so all you'll have to do once you've reached the add-ons step is to hit "Next" to select the add-ons you've already paid for on Kickstarter.
If you wanted any additional add-ons you will need to add those to your cart before proceeding.

Hello Everyone!
I hope you're all doing well. I just wanted to pop in for a quick update and to give everyone an idea of what's going to happen over the next two weeks.
Kickstarter
I'm still waiting for Kickstarter to process payments. This process usually takes up to two weeks so it should be done before November 23rd at the latest. In the mean time I'm going to start sending surveys out so everyone can start picking their goodies, and I can start packing your goodies, then everything will get shipped once payments have been processed.
BackerKit Surveys
As you may remember from my Kickstarter Campaign description, I will be sending out surveys through BackerKit. BackerKit is a third party service that allows me to create more robust surveys for you all. Since there are so many options (27 designs) in this campaign it makes things a lot easier on my end when I'm preparing your orders. As for you guys, there shouldn't be a huge difference in how you complete the surveys if I were to compare the experience with the Kickstarter experience :). The only difference is that you will be receiving an email from BackerKit rather than Kickstarter as a notification to complete your survey.
On The Survey
Shipping
As mentioned in my campaign, I will be charging your shipping fees over on BackerKit rather than here on Kickstarter. This allows me to save a lot of money on fees that Kickstarter charges me. Once you've completed your survey you will see the shipping fee in your cart along with the pins in your order (which you've already paid for). The shipping prices are the same as I've listed them in my campaign and remain the same no matter how many pins you order, I'll list them here again so that there is no confusion :)
I've included an additional option for Canadians to add tracking to their orders as an "Add On" item. This is optional and does not increase the shipping speed of your order. In my experience I haven't had many issues with Canadian orders going missing. Sometimes there are a bit of delay during the holidays/during the pandemic but there hasn't been anything too crazy. The added tracking option will give you access to updates whenever your package reaches a new check point so if you have a lot of pins in your order and you'd like the security of knowing where everything is then this might be something you want to consider :).
As International orders vary quite I bit I am unable to offer add-ons for tracking at this time. Most places will have tracking included but for the ones that do not have it I have not had much issues with items going missing either. However, with Covid-19 delays many international orders have been taking the full 75 business days so if your order happens to be one without any tracking included, I will reach out to you and provide additional options for shipping upgrades to see if that is something you are interested in.
When Should I Fill Out The Survey?
I will be sending out the survey later today, if you could fill it out as soon as you receive it that would be absolutely amazing! The sooner you fill in your survey the sooner I will be able to pack your order. In other words, I will be packing these on a first come first serve manner so that I can get these out to you as soon as possible.
Will you be running out of any pins?
I currently have 100 of each design in my hands (2700 pins in total) and there are 130 of you (Thank you so much for the support <3) so there is a chance that some pins may run out if many of you decide to choose the same ones. In total there have been 512 pins ordered in total so there should be plenty extras unless we all like the same ones!
BackerKit allows me to keep count of all the designs that everyone has chosen in their surveys so the sooner everyone fills them out the sooner I will know if anything needs restocking, and if anything does need restocking please know that I will restock those as soon as possible.
What if you need to restock? How long will that take?
If I need to restock I estimate that it will take 2-3 weeks depending on how busy my manufacturer is. But since it is likely that we will only need to restock a few designs it likely won't take very long for the restocking process to take place.
If a design you want needs to be restocked I will give you three options.
If this does become an issue I'll be sure to reach out and let you know, but there's no way for me to know until a majority of people have filled out their surveys so please make sure you fill those out as soon as you see them in your mail box :)
Do you have everything you need to start shipping?
I have just about everything I need to start shipping (apart from the pledges being processed of course). The only thing that's experienced some delays on shipping are the stickers. They're estimated to arrive before the end of the week which should be perfect timing with Kickstarter processing the funds and for everyone to fill out their orders. Everything else I have in place and I will be sharing a little video later this week of how I'll be preparing everything for shipping. So keep an eye out for that! I'll be back for another update in a few days :).
I have friends who missed the Kickstarter Campaign, can they pre-order anywhere?
Yes! A couple of you have been asking me so I've prepared a pre-order page for anyone who has missed the original campaign. With that said, priority will be given to all of the Kickstarter orders first, so any pre-orders made on this page won't be shipped out until the Kickstarter orders are complete :).
